Since its inauguration, Devi Garh has been host to a large percentage of international travelers and had the honor of hosting celebrities on many occasions. Favorably reviewed in international travel magazines as one of the top 100 destinations in the world (Tattler – 2005) we won the Conde Nast Traveller Award for best Ambience and Design in 2006

With over 200 employees, high quality professional training in hospitality management is our particular strength. You will be trained by some of the best professionals in the hotel industry and receive a compensation package that benchmarks against the best.

Scope for growth : We enable you to set your own goals and decide how to achieve them at your own pace. You can choose between a Management training or an Operations training. As we open new properties, you will find the scope to be promoted.

Training programme : The Management/Operations Training Programme is for one and a half years, during which theoretical and practical inputs are provided to the candidate. On successful completion, a Management Trainee is confirmed as an Executive and an Operations Trainee becomes a Supervisor.

Candidates with a 3 or 4 year diploma/degree in Hospitality Management from a college of repute, can apply.

We also have a “Job Trainee Programme”. Conducted by Boutique Hotels India Pvt. Ltd., this programme is for general personnel. The job trainees are recruited through a personal interview and then trained in specific operational departments for two years. On successful completion, job trainees will be employed at an entry level in the specific area they were trained in.

Any candidate who is 12th Std pass in the age group of 18 -21 years with the right attitude and motivation
Industrial Training: We offer a 3-6 months Industrial training for students aspiring to 3- 4 year Diploma/Degree programmes in Hotel Managemet
