Applicable from - 1st April, 2008 to 31st March, 2009

Online Booking Guarantee & Cancellation Policy :

• A valid credit card is a must to book your online reservation.
• Credit card will be charged for 01 night’s rent (per room) 45 days prior to the arrival to guarantee your reservation.
• Cancellation charges:

• For cancellation between 45 days to 21 days of the arrival date, 01 night’s rent (per booked room) will be charged.
• For cancellation less than 21 days prior to arrival, total night’s rent (per booked room) will be charged.
• No Shows will be charged for total night’s rent (per booked room).
• Early departures will be charged for balance night’s rent (per booked room).

Special Offer & Packages:

• A valid credit card is a must to book your online reservation
• Credit card will be charged for total night’s rent (per room) 45 days prior to the arrival to avail the special offer / package for a reservation.  
• No refunds for any Early Departures or No Shows.
• No refunds for a cancellation received less than 45 days of arrival.

                        
Christmas & New Year Period :

1. This Period is applicable from 16th Dec 2008 – 05th Jan 2009.
2. The minimum length of stay during this period is 02 nights.
3. No check out will be acceptable on the 24th & 31st December 2008.
4. Should you wish to check out on either of these dates, the charges for the night of 24th & 31st Dec 2008 will still apply.
5. Rates for the night of 24th & 31st Dec 2008 are inclusive of special dinner for adults.

• Christmas Eve Dinner on 24th Dec 2008 @ INR 4000+Taxes (per person)
• New Year Eve Dinner on 31st Dec 2008 @ INR 7500+Taxes (per person)

6. Rates for the night of 24th & 31st Dec 2008 are exclusive of special dinner for children & will be chargeable as per below :

• Christmas Eve Dinner Charges on 24th December 2008
• Between 05  to 15 years @ INR 2000+ Taxes (per child)
• Above 15 years @ INR 4000 + Taxes (per child)

• New Year Eve Dinner Charges on 31st December 2008
• Between 05 to 15 years @ INR 3750 + Taxes (per child)
• Above 15 years @ INR 7500 + Taxes (per child)

7. For all bookings during this period, Credit card will be charged for one night’s rent (non-refundable per room) at the time of booking. Balance room nights rent will be charged 45 days prior to the arrival to guarantee your reservation.
    

General Conditions:

• Hotel’s Standard Check - In   : 1200 hours.
• Hotel’s Standard Check - Out : 1000 hours.
• Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
• All rates are subject to 8% luxury taxes, 12.5% Meal Taxes & 5% Service Charge.
• Hotel reserves the right to release a non guaranteed reservation without any prior notice or information.
